Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:Participants are responsible for booking their accommodation. Several choose Bear Mountain Motel. It sells out very quickly. I would recommend securing a reservation before year end. They have an very flexible 48 hour/full refund policy, There are many other options in town i.e. Waterton Glacier Suites, Aspen Village etc. At the end of the day, social gatherings/Happy Hours offer time to meet with participants as well as discuss hikes and last minute changes. Bear Mountain has picnic tables and three BBQs.
